Our Commitment
Our staff are here to help you and work very hard. All patients communicating with our staff in person or over the phone must be respectful and kind. Screaming at and swearing at our staff is considered verbal aggression. All patients of Strandherd Medical Centre are required to abide by our respect policy listed below.
The office has a zero tolerance for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff, our colleagues or fellow patients. Any instance of abuse, physical or verbal, may result in immediate dismissal from the practice and termination of the patient-physician relationship.
